Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MAGA Vault Store online store (the "Store") and any purchase you make from it. The Store is operated by Redmont Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
1. Who we are
MAGA Vault Store is operated by Redmont Ventures LLC. Our contact details are on our Contact Information page, and you can reach us at support@magavaultstore.com.
2. Independent retailer: no government affiliation
MAGA Vault Store is an independent commercial retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by the United States government, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the United States Mint, or any other government agency, except where a specific relationship is expressly verified and accurately disclosed. Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, we are also not affiliated with or endorsed by any political campaign, political party, public figure or commemorative commission whose name, likeness or theme appears on a product.
3. Nature of our products
Products sold by MAGA Vault Store are commemorative, novelty, replica, decorative, or collectible items, as described in each listing. Unless expressly and accurately stated otherwise, these products are not legal tender, are not issued by the U.S. government, and have no face value or payment value as currency. No investment return or resale value is guaranteed.
The price you pay reflects the item's value as merchandise. It does not state a face value, a precious-metal value or a future market value. Our Product Disclaimer gives more detail and forms part of these Terms.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
5. Product descriptions
We aim to describe each product accurately, including its materials, finish, size and contents, and we state only what we can support. Colors and finishes can look different on different screens. Accessories, stands or cases shown in photos are included only if the listing says so.
If we find an error in a listing, we will correct it. If the error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before it ships and you may cancel for a full refund. If you receive a product that is materially different from its description, our Return and Refund Policy applies.
6. Orders, pricing and payment
- Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive after checkout confirms that we received your order. We accept your order when we dispatch it.
- Prices. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before you place an order. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Where we show a "compare at" price, it reflects a genuine former or prevailing price for that product.
- Payment. Checkout is provided by Shopify. Payments are processed by the payment provider or providers shown at checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Delays. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated in our Shipping Policy, we will tell you and give you the choice of waiting for a revised date or cancelling for a full refund of the unshipped items.
- Our right to decline or cancel. We may limit quantities, or decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, we suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method, or we cannot deliver to the address given. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount paid for the cancelled items.
- Your cancellations. Email support@magavaultstore.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has been dispatched, the Return and Refund Policy applies.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States (the 50 states and the District of Columbia). Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
8. Lawful use of products
Our products are intended for lawful commemorative, collectible, novelty or decorative purposes, as applicable. You agree not to use, offer or present any product as genuine currency, legal tender, a government-issued item, a precious-metal investment, or anything other than what its listing describes. We do not authorize or endorse fraud, deception, counterfeiting, unlawful impersonation, or any illegal use of our products.
You also agree not to misuse the Store, for example by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it to break any law.
9. Intellectual property
Store content created by us or licensed to us, including text, graphics, logos and design, is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Names, trademarks, likenesses and historical designs of others that appear on the Store or on products belong to their owners or are in the public domain. Their appearance does not mean that the owner, or any person depicted, sponsors or endorses us or our products.
10. Third-party services
The Store is hosted on Shopify, and we rely on service providers such as payment providers and shipping carriers to operate it. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from the Store.
11. Warranties
A product carries a written warranty only if its listing says so. We make no promise that any product will hold or gain resale, collectible or investment value. This section does not limit any warranty that applies by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or any product, and our total liability for a claim about a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order.
We are not responsible for loss or harm caused by a customer's or third party's unauthorized, unlawful or deceptive use of a product, including any attempt to pass it off as currency, legal tender or a government-issued item.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any consumer right that cannot be waived by contract.
13. Questions and disputes
If you have a concern about an order or a product, please email us first at support@magavaultstore.com. We will try to resolve it with you directly, and most issues can be resolved quickly that way. Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of the state where you live.
14. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Store.
