Email us first
Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Email support@magavaultstore.com with your order number, the item, the reason for the return and, for damaged or incorrect items, photos of the item and its packaging.
What happens next
- We review your request and reply by email.
- If we approve it, we send return instructions and the return address. We give the return address only for approved returns.
- When the item arrives and has been inspected, we confirm your refund by email. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Cancelling an order
Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we cancel it and refund you in full. See Cancellations.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us with photos and keep the packaging. We will offer a replacement where available, or a full refund of the affected item and its shipping charge.
