Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not been dispatched. Email support@magavaultstore.com as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once dispatched, the Return and Refund Policy applies.
How do I return something?
Email support@magavaultstore.com before sending anything back. Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. We review your request and, if approved, send the return address and instructions. See the Return and Refund Policy.
