This Privacy Policy explains how Redmont Ventures LLC, which operates MAGA Vault Store ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our online store (the "Store"), buy from us, or contact us.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Redmont Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact details are on our Contact Information page. Email: support@magavaultstore.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the items you buy, and order notes.
Payment information: payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We receive limited details such as the payment method type, the last four digits of a card and the billing address. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
Account information: if you create an account, your name, email address, saved addresses and order history.
Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
Email sign-up: your email address and your consent to receive marketing emails, if you subscribe using the sign-up form.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Store, Shopify (our e-commerce platform) automatically collects device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and actions such as adding items to your cart. It does this using cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Notice.

The Store's theme saves your wishlist and recently viewed products in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Information from service providers

We may receive information from our service providers, for example fraud-screening results from Shopify or the payment provider, and delivery updates from carriers.

3. How we use your information

to process, ship and support your orders, including payment, fraud prevention, delivery, returns and refunds;
to answer your questions and provide customer service;
to manage your account, if you have one;
to send transactional emails such as order and shipping confirmations;
to send marketing emails if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email);
to operate, secure and improve the Store; and
to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to protect our rights.

4. How we share your information

To run the Store and fulfill orders we must share some personal information with service providers. We share only what each provider needs:

Shopify, which hosts the Store, provides checkout and stores order and customer data for us. See Shopify's Privacy Policy.
Payment providers: the provider that processes your payment, as shown at checkout, receives your payment details and billing information in order to process the payment and screen for fraud.
Suppliers and fulfillment providers that pack and ship orders for us, which receive your name, shipping address, phone number (if given) and order contents. Some of them may be located outside the United States.
Shipping carriers, which receive your name, address and parcel details in order to deliver your order.
Email service: if you subscribe to marketing emails, your email address is stored in Shopify, and the service we use to send those emails receives it.
Analytics: Shopify provides our store analytics. We have not added third-party analytics, advertising or retargeting pixels to the Store. If we do, we will update this policy and our Cookie Notice.
Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to prevent fraud, or to protect our rights.
A successor business, if our business is sold or reorganized.

We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Cookies and tracking

We and Shopify use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart, run checkout, keep the Store secure, remember preferences and measure how the Store is used. See our Cookie Notice. The Store does not currently change how it operates in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Where information is processed

Redmont Ventures LLC is a U.S. company that is managed from outside the United States. Personal information may therefore be accessed and processed in countries other than the United States, including North Macedonia. Shopify and our other service providers may also process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.

7. How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. We keep marketing subscriber details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After that we delete or anonymize the information, unless the law requires us to keep it.

8. Security

Checkout runs on Shopify, which encrypts checkout connections and maintains PCI DSS compliance for card payments. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to run the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, update your account details by logging in, and contact us with any privacy question.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing or its use for targeted advertising. Some of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size or data-volume thresholds. Whether or not a law applies to us, you can ask us about the information we hold about you.

To make a request, email support@magavaultstore.com with the subject line "Privacy request". Before acting on a request, we will verify your identity, usually by matching your email address and order details. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we decline a request, you may reply to ask us to reconsider.

10. Children

The Store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above.
