This page explains what our products are, and what they are not. It applies to every product sold by MAGA Vault Store, which is operated by Redmont Ventures LLC, and forms part of our Terms of Service. Where a product listing gives more specific information, the listing applies to that product.
Collectibles, not currency
Products sold by MAGA Vault Store are commemorative, novelty, replica, decorative, or collectible items, as described in each listing. Unless expressly and accurately stated otherwise, these products are not legal tender, are not issued by the U.S. government, and have no face value or payment value as currency. No investment return or resale value is guaranteed.
Our products have a retail price, and some collectibles may be resold. That ordinary commercial value is not face value. A commemorative coin or medallion from our store cannot be spent, deposited or exchanged as money, and any denomination or year shown on it is part of its design.
No government affiliation
MAGA Vault Store is an independent commercial retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by the United States government, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the United States Mint, or any other government agency, except where a specific relationship is expressly verified and accurately disclosed.
Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, we are also not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission (America250), or by any political campaign, political party, public figure or organization whose name, likeness, symbols or themes appear on our products. Historical designs, national symbols and anniversary themes are used for commemorative purposes only.
What we claim, and what we do not
- Materials. Words such as "gold-tone", "silver-tone", "plated" or "finish" describe a surface finish only. A plated or toned item is not solid gold or silver and has no meaningful precious-metal value. We state precious-metal content, such as weight and fineness, only when supplier documentation supports it.
- Certificates and cards. A card or certificate included with a product describes the item. It is not a third-party grade, a government certification, an appraisal or a guarantee of value, unless the listing names an independent grading service and the item is verifiably graded by it.
- Editions. We describe an item as "limited" or "numbered" only when the production quantity is documented by the manufacturer.
- Origin and licensing. We state where an item was made, or that it is officially licensed, only when we can support the statement.
Replicas
A replica reproduces the design of a historical coin, medal or other item. It is not the original, is not legal tender and has no face value. Under the federal Hobby Protection Act, replicas of coins and other numismatic items that are made in or imported into the United States must be plainly and permanently marked "COPY". Any replica we sell is identified as a replica in its listing.
Products containing genuine coins or notes
If a listing states that a product contains a genuine U.S. coin or note, that coin or note was issued by the U.S. government, but the product as a whole was not. Any coloring, plating, overlay, packaging or card was added privately after issue and is not authorized or endorsed by the U.S. Mint, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing or the Treasury. The price reflects the collectible product, not the face value of the coin or note.
Intended use and misuse
Our products are intended for lawful commemorative, collectible, novelty or decorative purposes, as applicable. They must not be used, offered or presented as genuine currency, legal tender, a government-issued item, a precious-metal investment or anything other than what the listing describes.
MAGA Vault Store does not authorize or endorse fraud, deception, counterfeiting, unlawful impersonation, or illegal use of its products. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or harm caused by a customer's or third party's unauthorized or unlawful use of a product. Nothing on this page limits any responsibility we have under law that cannot be limited, or any consumer right that cannot be waived.
